Cancellation Policy

Policy I do not infill other people’s work If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will have to cancel your appointment (cancellation policy below) No refunds will be issued after your appointment, If you are unhappy with something please make me aware before you leave. I Will fix any problems which arise within 24 hours of your appointment for no charge, however if you do not make me aware before this time period then you will have to pay for any nail fixes. If for any reason you need a nail fix due to external factors outside of the 24 hour period then I charge £5 per nail. Cancellations If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will have to pay 50% of the total treatment cost If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up to your appointment you will be required to pay 100% of the total treatment cost. FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN NO FURTHER BOOKINGS WITH SLEEK NAILS. * All Deposits are non refundable and non transferable*
